How much is the commission to the Realtor? What role do I play in the process? Do I need a professional Staging company? When is the best time of year? Are there many Buyers in my market? These questions and many more cross a homeowner’s mind when considering to sell their home. All of these questions and concerns are best handled by an experienced Realtor.

When deciding to sell the homeowner is usually looking for the best possible price, the shortest time on the market and the least amount of hassle.
However the most important factor is to actually get the home sold. This is why it is so important to use a qualified experienced Realtor. Someone who has been through process many times, knows how to properly present the home to potential buyers, price the home ready to sell and according to the market demands.

In order to achieve all of these goals, a Seller should understand the value of using a Real Estate Professional. More recently Technology has begun to change the buyer’s behavior during the home buying process. During the past few years, over 90% of all Buyers have used the internet to search for a home. This according to the National Association of Realtors Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers. The report also suggest that for the second year in a row 96% percent of Buyers that used the internet when searching for a home purchased their home through either a Real Estate Agent or from a Builder’s Agent. Only 2% bought their home directly from a Seller.
Buyers search online for a home,  but then rely on the Realtor to find the home they actually buy. The abundance of information that is now available online has resulted in an increase in the number of buyers that consult with Realtors to connect the dots and make a home purchase or sale.
